Olivia Hatchman
Co-founder & Director-
Olivia is a workforce development leader and mentor with over 7 years of experience driving workforce redesign, culture change and strategic planning across mental health and health promotion services.
She is known for leading transformative co‑design initiatives, strengthening lived experience governance, and building high‑performing, strengths‑based teams across clinical services, government, and research settings.
Drawing on her mental health lived experience, frontline peer work, and her background in fitness and health promotion, Olivia’s is passionate about building the capability of the sector’s emerging leaders.
Daniel Gor
Co-founder & Director-
Daniel is a lived experience policy leader with 5 years of experience driving system and service improvement across clinical mental health services, government, NGOs, and universities.
Daniel brings his experiences supporting family and friends with mental ill‑health, his own mental health journey, and his migrant family background. He takes a grounded, relational, and culturally responsive approach to transforming mental health services.
He has worked in family/carer lived experience roles to drive system and service improvement across clinical mental health services, government, NGOs, and universities. Daniel brings expertise in co‑production and lived experience-led approaches, service design, LLE engagment, and workforce development.
Ali Noura
Co-founder & Director

Ali Noura is a strategy expert with over 8 years of experience driving systems and organisational change across Australia’s health, mental health, and social policy sectors.
He is known for building trust-based relationships with clients, communities, and sector stakeholders, allowing him to deeply understand challenges and deliver solutions that are strategic, pragmatic, and impactful.
Grounded in his mental health and migrant-refugee lived experience, Ali’s passion is working to create systems that are practical, compassionate, and culturally responsive to the communities and workers they serve.
